It's simple; if by some chance our gear fails due to workmanship PLEASE TELL US! We will remedy the issue, be it by repair or replacement, for the life of the product.
What does 'life of the product' mean? Simple; if it fails before it's worn out we will fix it.
We trust our products 100% and highly value the trust you place in it as well. We will not abuse that trust. If, somehow, our gear is not up to your standards and we're unable to remedy the problem, return it in new condition within four weeks of purchase for a full refund.
